It is with heavy hearts that we share some sad news. Jerry Harcar, former BRS Historic Preservation Specialist, passed away from complications related to his fight with cancer. Jerry will be really missed by all of us. Always quick to crack a joke and join in a team project, he was a true delight to work with.
